  I bought this xiaomi mi 11 ultra before Chinese New Year And the company had enough time to ship my item before Chinese New Year and they didn't they kept making excuses after excuses and keeping me waiting for so long to the point I got so angry and so fed up that I ended up looking elsewhere on eBay to buy another phone I complain to eBay customer service and ask the company to cancel the phone for a full refund you don't treat customers like that disgusting service do not buy off this company
