    Absolute nightmare. Sent me the wrong product then offered me a 5% discount to keep something I didn’t order or want. Again they offed a 10% discount and then twenty. The problem was it was not the item I ordered. I asked for either a refund or send me the correct tea. They then told me it was sent out but it wasn’t because later conversations seller said “I’ll talk with owner to convince to send you tea” after I was told it had been sent. Got fake tracking number. Never received product
