Footballstickershop (previously known as Footballcardworld) are independent full time retailers of Panini and Topps stickers plus much more from the UK as well as around Europe and the Rest of the World. We have only a small selection here on eBay but will be adding many more over the coming months.
The decision to mainly concentrate on stickers was made in February 2024 to tie in with other platforms we use which are stickers only.

3/3 Not once did seller consider that it might be something on their end. "I have done nothing wrong." Whatever. Maybe the volume of shipping is too much for this sad seller to handle? From the first message, the seller told me that it was on me to get it corrected. EBAY DOES NOT HAVE ROOM FOR POOR SELLERS LIKE THIS.
Seller claims to have put there was only 3 pounds of merchandise inside. 1) She put 3 pounds x 10 stickers. 2) She told me it was MY job to get a refund from the post for this.

I may be a poor seller to you but my repeat customers and indeed my overall feedback suggest different, you have had a bad experience as you do not like paying charges that the rest of us have to suck up. How about putting a pic of the actual customs label you claim I filled in incorrectly yet no-one else seems to have an issue despite me sending probably hundreds of items outside UK on a monthly basis.
And yet despite all the abuse including you calling me a "jerk" I remained calm!!

2/3 --- THE 6.74 ON 22.27 IS ACTUALLY INCORRECT. It's WORSE THAN THAT. #
I live in the Europe, so I pay in Euros. Seller sells things in Pounds.
1.17 Euros=1 Pound
The total was 18.98 British Pounds=22.27 Euros
Merchandise was 11.86=13.92
SHIPPING: 3.95=4.64
VAT/TAX: 3.17=3.72
YET I PAID 6.74 to import 13.92 48.419%!!!
NEVER did seller consider that they might've made a mistake! Didn't do anything but shift blame to me somehow. SEE PICTURES

As I stated to you many times I have done nothing wrong. The customs label was filled out correctly and was a lot lower than the actual value but seems you do not like paying customs charges.
You can put as many pictures as you like but fact is you have to pay customs fees, it is NOT my fault that Austria customs have charged you even though the value of £3 is lower than you would expect to have to pay anything,

Let me explain like you're five years old (I can post a picture too, in another negative feedback, if you'd like.) I peeled the yellow sticker off what you put on the customs form... and you indicated that you put EIGHT 3 pound stickers in the envelope. That's far more than I even paid for the entire order. THIS WAS ON YOU...

ATTENTION: unless you live in England, DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER - She is incredibly rude in her responses - when she doesn't know how to fill out a customs form so that the buyer DOES NOT have to pay an OUTRAGEOUS amount in import fees. I PAID A LITTLE MORE THAN 30% OF THE ACTUAL TOTAL FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER FOR IMPORT FEES!!! When I questioned it, seller told me that it was on me to fix it. I've ordered FROM A DIFFERENT SELLER in England RECENTLY and DID NOT have this issue. 6.74/22.27=30.26%

Firstly SHE is a HE, I would think the name PHIL would give that away.
Secondly, customs fees are to be expected when purchasing from UK so are YOUR responsibility. On the customs form I put value £3 and that you purchased 10 stickers so did NOT put 3 x 10 stickers.
When you first contacted me you complained about paying actual shipping until I pointed out you were charged at the point of payment for the shipping as expected from outside UK

Customs fees, sure. I've paid them multiple times in purchases from England. Never anything so exorbitant... Peeled the sticker to see exactly what you wrote. Yes, you said there was a 3 pound (3.52 euro) sticker in there. HOWEVER, you wrote that there were EIGHT of the 3 pound stickers in the envelope! NO WONDER! Maybe you had a mental lapse or something, but my entire order wasn't even that high!
