  we bought this as a replacement of our three year old cover terrific quality that said it never arrived although the company says it was delivered. The seller was quickly responsive amd gave tracking number etc. so definitely not their fault about to buy another one

  The item was delivered it left out the front of my apartment building ND someone has taken the needle out of the envelope and I found the envelope on the ground out the front of my building and explain this to the seller and they didn't not offer to retthe item as the postage company is at fault here and I have left it to long to report the seller as it slipped my mind I thought I would talk to seller and they would resend it but hey just said it been delivered so this seller is no Good to me
