    I have ordered from this seller a few years ago and only ordered this time because I lost the product. That shows how long the products last. The product came quickly, initially one of my products was damaged; through no fault of the seller it was more likely to be a factory defect.     Can’t thank the seller enough for their help and support in correcting an issue that wasn’t their fault nor mine. From what we can determine? half of my original purchased items have been lost in the post. But once I had contacted the seller and explained what the problem was, and after a bit of communication, they replaced both of my items.
