  On the plus side, the bags are great, look just like the pictures and arrived earlier than expected. The one minor negative is that the listing included "Best Offer." I tried 4 offers, the last one $11.00 for the $11.14 package. All were rejected so why include the option? Maybe this: one time I made two offers on an item and in response to the second, the seller sent a note indicating he had NOT put that option on the listing, that ebay sometimes does that. ?? Anyway, it was minor but annoying.
