    This item arrived faulty, both me and my husband tried to get it to work with no luck! Contacted the seller to get this resolved, seller asked for a video which was sent, seller said they can't open it, it feels like another excuse not to deal with the issue, wouldn't mind but it's not good to quibble over a £20+ item that is faulty. Feel like the seller is messing us about !

    The drives arrived in timely fashion but both were faulty. When I asked for a refund the seller asked me to send video evidence, suggested refunding me 80%, didn't send a return label, and tried to make his giving me a refund incumbent upon whether I left him negative feedback. This was clearly unacceptable. eBay sorted it, for which, thanks. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this seller.
