  I was very dissapointed that the seller accidentally sent me the wrong item. I thought I would have to send it back, get an exchange and do a whole process... However, to my surprise, one minute after I messaged the seller of the issue, he issued me a full refund, an apology, and allowed me to keep the product sent to me for free.   The product I received was expired by 5 years. I reported this to the seller, and they immediately initiated a refund. They also removed the item from sale and stated they would follow up with their supplier to prevent this happening again.
