  Exactly as described, received the battery pack. Unfortunately USPS in Indianapolis, IN sent it out to California and had to make a round trip, slowing down the delivery process. Eventually I did receive the product. No communication from the seller about the package being held up by USPS or their routing half way across the country. Not the seller's fault though, squarely on USPS. Would have been nice if the seller noticed the product had not arrived on time and reached out, but did not.

  Item exactly as described; arrived in good working order despite the fact that the box used for shipping was damaged and there was zero protective packaging around the item. I guess it was just bouncing around in that box all the way here. Maybe that speaks loudly of its durability 😀. Works like a charm though so I’m happy.

  The seller wrote me and said, “The item that was mailed to you today was never intended to be for sale—it was actually a personal item that was sent out by accident by one of my team members.” Then, days later after pressing him, he said, “the item, which is classified as open box, needed to be cleaned up a bit because I take pride in what I sell.” This seller is a liar and was trying to scam me.

  I reached out to her simply because I wanted her to know if she wasn't satisfied with the product she could return it to me at anytime. Instead I was met with hostility and abrasiveness throughout the entire ordeal. The only thing I tried to do was make a customer happy, as you can see from my other positive reviews.
