One of the two units I purchased had a bent spindle and a faulty laser array. I was only given three dollars back in a partial refund and told "can you just fix it?". The seller also prompted me to go to a Chinese website to provide evidence that it was faulty. They also discouraged me from opening a return. Very shady and blatantly outside Ebays Terms of Service.

The last request stated "Could you try soaking the packaging in water and see if you can tear off the first layer of the sheet? Because this is shipped from China, there should be a waybill below that is from China." There was no way bill included, I sent photos of both the packaging and item received, trying to resolve through several email exchanges.
