    Description was lacking but seller offered free return since they could not access the item to verify more details. Kicked out as it wound up being what I needed pressure-wise. Block it came in was clearly labelled, well packed, shipped quickly, good condition and good value. If they had taken a picture of the box it was in, would have cleared up the questions up front, but someone else might have grabbed it. Good experience.

    Listing detail said that they were offering free shipping, but it wasn't applying to my account. I contacted the seller and they got back to me quickly to let me know that promotion was no longer available. I ordered 25 Tamper Resistant USB/USB-C outlets, and 4 count were damaged in shipping. They told me I could send back and I requested to keep, they refunded 50% of purchase price, which I thought was fair as the damage was cosmetic. Great seller overall and good communication.
