  I loved that I could return this item for a full refund as it was such poor quality and doesn't do as the description says, it's more like a toy vacuum. They don't offer free returns either or a postage label so you will pay for return postage which was expensive. I didn't get re-imbursed for postage even after sending a screenshot of my entire receipt. Their response to my complaint and refund was dealt with in a timely manner - although I am now waiting for the refund to be in my bank account.
