I was also offered a partial refund which I declined, as shipping delays can occur. A ten day wait turned into a 18 day wait without any updates. After sending another email, I finally received the hoses 26 days later! The silicon hoses were easy to fit, all right sizes and fit snuggly. They seem good quality, only time will tell.
