    It came in two batches and arrived really really fast. The sender kept me updated throughout the whole process, every step of the way. The product came in really good condition, wrapped in bubble wrap packages and the cardboard box itself. Great experience :) Highly recommend.

    The item isn’t poor quality but it’s not as described. The picture shows a dark walnut lid on a glass canister and the actually item is a very light neutral wood. Not at all what I was looking for. Contacted the seller asking for the correct item or a refund and they said, “can you use the item somewhere else in your home?” They offered to reimburse me less than $5. I said no I wanted a full reimbursement or a new product that is accurate to the description and then they ghosted me. Poor service
