Order was easy to place (26/3) and the eta delivery was 5th April, however, not delivered until 17th April. Taking into account public holidays, it was still 8 days past ETA. I believe the problem is with courier company not supplier, however, suppliers customer service were no help. Did not once offer to contact courier company. Very disappointed. The item itself is “okay” based on cost. Finishes are not 100% - frayed fabric on the back but as it will be facing the wall I am not concerned.
