Established in 2004, we provide premium cleaning and restoration products for the home and garden, and for classic and modern cars.

We are a family-owned business who manufacture our own products at our factory in County Durham in the North East of England.

    As described, fast delivery, well packaged.However no delivery instructions on parcel which I put on order.. Courier unable to locate our address just went where sat nav took him on phone. Wrong road and did not look at address on package, did phone us and found us, then he said could not leave item because wrong location, after explaining he did leave package , had a moan saying it was our fault. All he had to do was read address on package.Not rocket science.

    The description of the goods was fine it was packed in a sealed carton and the delivery was very quick. Upon receipt the box had been struck into and a hole made sufficient for a hand to enter. Upon carefully opening the box the contents were found to be in tact Photos sent to the seller for their information and any action they wish to take

    Good product but what I received was not what I ordered. Anyone can make a mistake, but its about how you deal with it and the seller was superb !! I sent a message to the seller on a Saturday afternoon, got a reply and apology on Sunday morning and on Monday morning my replacement order was dispatched and received 2 days later. The tester kit was a very good product at a good price and I have now chosen the colour and ordered the 250ml bottle from the same seller and would use them again.
