    Ordered on 10th, item not sent until 17th. Seller uploaded tracking but did not physically send. Seller ignored all my messages requesting item be sent as was advertised. Seller then finally sent a clearly used item rather than Brand New as was advertised. Seller claims to be in NSW but package has come from China. Dishonest and untrustworthy with no communication. Dirty , used products sent instead of new. YUCK!

    Our package was shipped from within Australia, and it was delivered within eBay’s estimated delivery timeframe — in fact, it arrived one day earlier than expected.We can confirm that the product sent was brand new, and there were no quality issues as described.It appears that the customer may be attempting to request a refund based on inaccurate claims, and we do not accept such behavior.We always aim to provide honest service and quality products, and we take these accusations seriously.
