    Appearance, Condition, and Quality is new as expected. It arrived in a Uniden cardboard box with the retail Uniden box inside undamaged. Great to deal with, was a little mix up because I ordered another item as well, ended up with both items in the same box which made sense to me but it confused Aust Post. After a quick phone call from seller all was sorted. Since there guys are an official Uniden supplier I found their price to be much better value and you will still get full Uniden support.

    The item arrived exactly as described but, unfortunately, I ordered the wrong item. I spoke to the seller today and he asked me to send it back for a refund. I can't recommend Gadget City highly enough! That is Customer Service 101 and I would happily buy from them again. AAAA++++

    The two batteries purchased appear to be supplied in condition as described - ie new and genuine Uniden and subsequently found to hold their charge. Delivery was prompt and well packed. I would do repeat business with gadgetcity. I did have a problem attempting to message gadgetcity for a clarification but am uncertain as to whether it was forwarded by Ebay and I proceeded with the purchase regardless.
