This seller refuses to work with someone if they are not happy with the product that they receive - They advertise an item as "new" when it is obviously not. It even comes in a box that tells you that it is refurbished.

This is a flat out lie. The listed says in the description that it is Open Box and not new... I wish that ebay had removed this feedback, as its very obvious its not true if you look at the listing.

The buyer opened a payment dispute with their bank right after I marked the item as shipped. I returned the item to myself, and asked the buyer to cancel his payment dispute. He didnt cancel it so I didnt ship it out again. I never deceived you, or cheated you. You attempted to scam me with the payment dispute after the item was marked as shipped.
