A few days later, I receive a shipment from Amazon with 1 box of tea, not 6, and no explanation from the seller. I reached out and let them know, and they responded that they had run out of the pack of 6, so they sent 1. They offered me partial refund, but I would never have purchased just 1 box -- I can buy it cheaper at my grocery. Why didn't they contact me?
