Item sent without any protection and came bent out of shape. Also hadn't been cut properly so pieces of metal still in places they shouldn't have been. Complained to the seller who then suggested they would give me a 20% refund. When I complained that the item was faulty as well as damaged in transit, they then offered a 50% refund. It wasn't until I referred them to the Ebay policies and threatened to report them that they sent a replacement. Packaging still poor, but replacement item ok.
