  Ordered a re-conditioned vacuum cleaner, and received, by mistake, I believe, an unrestored one. (Hence the 2 stars for item description, not because I believe it was deliberately deceptive.) Seller was very quick to respond, very apologetic, and couldn't have been more supportive over several emails, offering a discount if I felt I could fix it up myself, or a full refund. Nervous about modern electronics, I accepted the refund. Good guy to deal with, I've saved his site for the future.

  Well packed, condition as described though measuring jug and spoon missing. No instructions although I was just looking for a replacement bread bin so no problem. DPD weren’t so good but that’s not sellers fault. All in all, very satisfied with seller who kept me up to date with delivery

  It is not often that you get a seller that goes the extra mile. I was contacted just before they packed the baker to make sure I saw the dent in front. The package arrived promptly and was well packaged. Once unwrapped I baked a bread kit which came out really well. What more can I say, great seller, great bread and this is what fridge magnets are made for. Bargain.
