I have mixed emotions about this: the seller was honest, explaining that they did not have the original product requested but could send an identical product with different packaging. That was fine but in the end, it took 8 weeks for the parcel to arrive and I had to pay £7.00 extra postage for it to be delivered. I contacted the seller about it and they did reply. It was eventually delivered but I was not expecting to have to pay additional postage. All in all, the experience was positive.

The listing was extremely misleading & I believed that I had ordered 4 hair dyes for £21.60 but I was only sent one. There’s no way ANYONE would spend that much money on one hair dye when they are around £6 each in the shops. It was also very badly packaged.

Never received. Package bounced around for 2 months east coast to west and back to east. Even came to our delivery post office before
rebounding. Seller could not help nor offered to resend. USPS was of no help despite several requests to trace and deliver. Urgently needed this medication for disabled elderly senior. eBay case for refund. Fiasco!
