Very disappointed. Statue came missing a piece, the sword. I don't know why it wasn't checked first before shipping. It was a lot of money. I was offered $15.00 which was insulting since I paid so much for this piece. Was offered a mailing label, but never received that either. Would like my money returned. Horrible to sell someone a statue which is not complete. It should never have been mailed to me. Paid over $100 dollars for this piece, plus shipping. Seller could care less. Will dispute.

Sorry, I am trying my hardest to make this right for you. Offered you a new sword but no, that is not what you want. So I thought you wanted to keep it and offered $15 refund. Now you say you want to return it but you are not creating a return. Please return the item so I can resolve this for you.
