Shipping was fast, but received the wrong item. Tried contacting the seller & didn t hear back from them, so I submitted a return/refund request. I had to go through the hassle of shipping the product back & ended up buying the same item somewhere else for a much cheaper price. Finally heard back from seller after refund from eBay & I had already bought/received a new item elsewhere. Then they asked me to revise my initial review because I had received a refund. Doesn t negate the bad experience

I ordered birdbath that indicated two were available. I was sent tracking number with expected delivery date. Expected delivery date came and went with no explanation. Looked up tracking number that said label created, awaiting item to be sent. Contacted Ebay who said seller would contact me. A few days later, I was contacted with an apology and seller would check into it and let me know status. Next day I received a refund with no explanation.
