I bought the phone cover, 5 days after my purchase finały seller messaged me and stated that this phone cover was out of stock and he is very sorry, asking if I would accept refund, well if he did not have it of course I want my money back, I checked this item and it was still available on eBay and until today is still listed as available, I was additionally waited for my refund another 3 days, finały eBay sent me message that my money is on way back. This seller is cleary joke. Unbelievable!

Sent faulty item, promises a replacement that never arrives. Apparently has sent it twice but I haven't got either of them. Bought in Feb and still waiting in May! I continue to ask for a refund but they refuse and instead just tell me over and over that it's "on the way" when it clearly isn't! Very poor service.
