Seller advised unable to post PO Box and sorted alternative delivery address, just a little issue on the postage due to lack of communication between courier service and AU Post tracking said arrived at PO BOX courier says posted at new given address but was delivered to a local post office as I expected. Thanks once again AU Post for your hit and miss service. Seller great doing business with you as you did well 👏 👍🏼

    Wrong item sent, very hard to deal with seller as they refused to send the correct item & wouldn’t admit they sent the wrong item. They wouldn’t let us send the item back, they gave us a refund of $32 even though we paid $118 for it but we can’t use it as it is incorrect. Definitely not recommended

    Ordered a 2kw diesel heater, they sent a 5kw.. wanted to return the item and they told me to resell it on ebay and only offered me $10 refund when the item cost $123.. the heater was bigger than than the one I wanted to replace it with, so wasn't worth spending the extra time in making it fit.. will never use this seller again and advise others to be mindfull of what you are purchasing and to check their return policy..
