  I have 6 messages between us from when the item was due to when you were refunded? Also, you didnt opt for tracked shipping, you opted for 2nd class postage which isn't tracked. Apologies that your item did not arrive, it came back to me a week later, with the case and package damaged, but I think a negative rating is unfair for tracked shipping you didnt choose and communication that we did have.
