  Highly recommend this seller when I received my item it was missing the handle and the guard around the head of the weed eater I contact the seller he got back with me immediately and the very next day sent out a replacement and got it within 2 days very very satisfied couldn't ask for better customer service I would buy another tool from him definitely will save him into my favorites in case I am looking for another tool he will be the first place I look

  Very good to deal with. I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately the product I ordered arrived damaged. I believe the damage was caused by improper packaging (no fault of the seller). A full refund was issued before even returning the product. Unfortunately, they did not have another one to sell me, so I will need to spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere. Great value & easy to deal with, it's unfortunate the packaging caused damage to the product!
