Returned item as was not as advertised ie. Photo showed item with gel pack and all information indicated this was you would get . All you get is an elastic strap . Which seems rather expensive for what it is.I returned immediately. But then had to chase them up for refund. They then demanded proof of delivery! Not impressed with service.
