Seller was slow to send item, which was badly packaged for a glass item, and arrived broken. Was also slow at communication, and despite proof of damage, refused to issue refund unless I dangerously mailed it back with broken glass, or dangerously picked out the shards of glass to send back the frame.

Took 11 days to appear and then; delivered by Amazon, sold by Amazon, shipped 10 days after ordering! The item is fine but the service is not what I expect from a purported eBay seller. When I buy from eBay I expect an eBay supplier; I am quite capable of of placing my own Amazon orders, thank you!

AVOID Wrong item sent after waiting two weeks when it should of been a few days to get the item .Communication no good at all. After waiting in for 2 days ( 2 days off work) item did get picked up.....4 weeks on got the item which was a nice item. Asked for a little refund for the inconvenience , got would give me discount of next order sorry would NEVER order from this company again so said no thanks ,and that was that. as that was all they where willing to do. NOT very good customer service.

To acknowledge the inconvenience caused, we offered a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill. But instead you demanded a £55 for compensation.
