Was also slow at communication, and despite proof of damage, refused to issue refund unless I dangerously mailed it back with broken glass, or dangerously picked out the shards of glass to send back the frame.

AVOID Wrong item sent after waiting two weeks when it should of been a few days to get the item .Communication no good at all. After waiting in for 2 days ( 2 days off work) item did get picked up.....4 weeks on got the item which was a nice item. Asked for a little refund for the inconvenience , got would give me discount of next order sorry would NEVER order from this company again so said no thanks ,and that was that. as that was all they where willing to do. NOT very good customer service.
