A MISSING PACKAGE ISN'T THE SELLERS FAULT BUT THEY SHOULD AT LEAST HELP INSTEAD OF BEING RUDE AND TRYING TO FORCE A CUSTOMER TO VOLUNTARILY CLOSE A CASE, ONCE CLOSED IT CANNOT BE RE OPENEDED.     A complete Scam…Seller sent out a faulty item and then lied about the condition of the return…..The airbrush was faulty and was sent out in an opened condition with the box seal broken with lots of wear to the box…it was the same faulty airbrush the seller sent out to me some months before ….use this dishonest seller at your own risk or at least read the many negative feedbacks he has received
