My original order got 'lost' by the couriers but upon contacting the seller he was happy to immediately ask if I wanted a replacement sent out and gave a couple of different options for shipping.   First of all this is a great seller who was very helpful with great communication but both he and I were let down by the courier who lost the first package and was late with the ( no quibble ) re-sent one. Hence the time comment. However, when it arrived it was exactly as described and both the oil and filter are of good quality and correct spec for my car. The sealing ring was a useful bonus that you don't get with other vendors.

  All good quality genuine parts at a great price. Thanks Sam Frost for your packing of these items as despite Royal Mail trying their hardest all arrived safely even though the box was a little damaged. It was so well packed they would have had to run it over to damage anything. Will definitely use this firm again
