Exactly as described,very safely packaged amd quickly sent. Instruction sheet is a basic guide only but elements are numbered. One little end cap missing from one element piece on mine is only tiny issue.

Ordered 2 Items but only received one, contacted to advise if error, then received the second one nearly a week later after having messaged the issue. Messages a a little hit and miss. When I received the second unit the supplied cable was more than 1/3 shorter? Forwarded message to advise (twice) but have not received any response in two days. Otherwise goods packed well and individual deliveries within expectations. Goods appear in good working order, just issue with one cable. Overall Good!
