  Item as described, arrived on time, packed well thank goodness, although the items were not damaged, the exterior of one of the boxes was knocked around and had a hole in it. Aramex the delivery company take no care with their deliveries, I have tried the item out for about an hour and found it to work well, for older people like myself would recomend using the 2 extension poles not 3 as it gets heavy after a while.
