    Seller is not a professional for sure... it should have been packed much better (for example adding paper or bubble wrap inside, reinforcing the sides... it was just put into a plastic wrap with its original box and sent. Still of course I must give a positive feedback.. the item arrived in the agreed timing, it was in good conditionas and well, the price was unbeatable! Thrilled to have scored this rare figure for such a good price!

    I purchased the item that according to the description was in excellent condition. The manga arrived with a crease on the cover due to improper packaging. I contacted the seller to find a solution that could satisfy both of us, such as a partial refund. After trying to agree on a price the seller stopped responding to my messages. Unprofessional seller.

    Seller’s communication was nonexistent as others have said but to give them their due, the item was exactly as described, arrived before Christmas and was well packaged. They even threw in a cute Pokemon card! Besides not answering my message everything else was perfect, I’m grateful and thankful!

    Shipping went faster than explained. Careful packaging was good too. But the picture posted by the seller is a full set with a box, but the product is not. All the cameras are in good condition, but there are knife marks on the LED monitor. It's a shame that there was no explanation for the scratch in the detailed description. So I also thought it was a little expensive. But apart from these two factors, it's positive in every way!

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I purchased a newly listed item, and a couple days later received the message that the item had already been sold through a different channel. The seller offered to replace the item, but despite multiple attempts went fully unresponsive through messages. My suspicion is they canceled my order because they wanted to sell the item for a higher price. They have mixed reviews for a reason - do not do business with them!
