    When USPS didn't deliver my order in a timely manner & I thought the shipment was lost, I contacted the seller. He immediately replied & shipped a replacement to me. This ended up being a duplicate since the original order finally arrived. The seller's communication skills were excellent & he made sure I was happy with my transaction even when it wasn't his fault that the order was delayed.
