  I haven’t actually seen the glass yet as I am away from home. However, it was very disappointing that it did not arrive on the promised date as it was a birthday gift. (the birthday was the day after the promised delivery date) I accept that I was cutting it fine by ordering close to the birthday date, but hoped that the delivered by date would be honoured. Communication with the seller was good and perhaps it was out of his hands: still, I ended up with no gift. It arrived 2 days late.
