seller offered 15% refund to change feedback, but i declined as i wanted people to know, to check these hard drives once you receive as these are in no way refurbished, they also said they would look into my feedback but still listing as refurbished when all they do is format the drive and do no other checks. sorry i can't be blackmailed and i gave the seller a chance to sort the issue out, which they haven't. feedback actually should have been neg on this purchase, so i think i was fair
