The wheelchair arrived on time perfectly packaged & iexcellent condition. The chair works well, but we are still waiting on the hoist, however we were advised there would a delay on the hoist & we were notified of this problem in a timely manner & this was completely acceptable.

I talked to seller they said to contact Ebay I got different model from this one I ordered and its got few unsafe items. Today just few minutes ago I put return and refund or they can send me the model I ordered as long as it is safe to use. I have used Ebay many times before and I am very disappointed with this last order I got from this seller so I hope this will be fixed Asap as I have user with 1/2 leg amputation that I need a wheelchair that is safe to use
