As described but ebay's international shipping terminal took FOREVER to ship. Not the seller's fault. Also, the coat had a very strong scent of perfume or some other scent which will be difficult to remove as it should not be dry cleaned because of its waterproofing. Anyway, a nice item and a nice seller, regardless.
