seller refused to send me the pre paid shipping label as stated in the listing for return of the item. this caused me to open a case against him as return item was in india. also, item was smaller than a 3.75 carat tanzanite. i am very discouraged about ordering jewelry items from india as the item rarely is as described in the listing. i am considering not ordering jewelry from india again on ebay. i wish ebay could screen india sellers better for the accuracy of the items in their list
