The item was in great condition and the price was really good! Did have a few issues. The seller is not very communicative which makes things a little more complicated. They did not ship the item until about 10 days after payment was sent. When the luggage was received, the combination had been changed so I could not open the luggage. I reached out to the seller but never received an answer. If you're not in a rush, you should be ok purchasing from them.

The picture shows a full valance, and the description of the item says "window valance." However, there are three separate parts to the valance shown which is not indicated. I received "one" part which is useless. The description and pictures are very misleading. Although the vendor says no returns, the fact the I did not receive what was advertised should make this an exception. I emailed the vendor twice seeking a resolution; however, I did not receive a reply.
