  Unfortunately the pencil did not sync to my ipad. However, the seller was wonderful and was able to assist me! They responded quickly, offered troubleshooting, and refunded since none of it was working. I suspect it probably got damaged during shipping, and it's not the seller's fault. I appreciate their communication a lot!

  The product was the wrong color and broken upon receipt. I contacted the seller twice to make good on this transaction, he offered a 5$ refund for the color issue, but made no offer to replace the defective item. My last 2 communications with the seller were never replied to.
