The product arrived severely damaged. I filmed a video of unpacking the parcel. The video shows that the packaging is intact and not damaged. The item was well packaged. From which I conclude that the product was damaged before packaging. The seller denies any involvement. Unscrupulous seller. I don't recommend it to anyone.

According to the buyer this item forwarded to Ukraine approximately 5,092 mi from me. Any damage in shipping through eBay's international shipping program is covered by eBay buyer protection. You’re welcome to return it. Not offering partial refunds is a way to stop extortion by buyers.

Not a trusted seller! Photo shows a decent looking laptop no issues. There are no issues cited in the description. The laptop I got was in rough shape. Sure it works but i was choosing this due to the photo and appearance. The laptop has a bent frame on one side, and pushed in bottom at the edge of the frame where it got hit hard by something. There are more cosmetic issues that bother me too long to list. They told me after I wrote them that the photo is stock and they randomly sent me this POS
