    description new in box, item heavily used, screws fell out of back and scratched another one plastic pieces are loose in the bag. seller does not let you contact him.

    We made a mistake, pure and simple. The buyer communicated their frustration, solely through leaving negative feedback, We are always available through phone and email and received no communication from him. We reached out multiple times with no response. We even refunded him $50 for the inconvenience we put him through, (unprompted). We are happy to ship him replacements as well, but still no response from him.
