We have still not received our item. It was supposed to be delivered on 13 April then we were notified it would not arrive until 17 April, as of 20 April we still do not have our item. Item did not ship for over a week after ordering.

La carte électronique que j'ai reçu n'a pas fonctionné très longtemps et j'ai contacté le vendeur et il m'a dit que l'article fonctionnait au départ et que c'est hors de son contrôle et qu'il ne peut pas m'aider. La carte à surement été endommagé durant le transport.

The unit you sent me has something in the bottom of the ice tray and don’t know what it is it could be a health hazard would like to talk to somebody about it

The unit we sent you that you saw pictures of before placing the order does not have any health hazard, other than normal hard water residues as shown in pictures, which is normal for an used ice maker….by the way we don’t have any other communication from you. Thank you!
