  Very very disappointed with this seller. Advertised as open box item and they send me a very old used part, then insisted that their parts are all marked.... Mine wasn't... They refused to help. Why do you have people on yr platform who deceive/rob customers? Gave the seller opportunity to rectify to no avail

  All our parts have our marks, as everyone can see in our listings. All we asked you for was to send a right picture showing our mark in such item which you failed to do. Instead you insisted in sending pictures of something very old and dirty very different from what we shipped to you. We don’t need to deceive over $20.00 item or any other amount but we don’t allow nobody to deceive us either. We did have you the opportunity to rectify and failed.
