The seller advertised a pack of two filters and never provided both filters. We messaged back and forth and they tried to get me to pay more money for them to send the filter. Finally after they received negative feedback they issued a refund and request to revise feedback. So this is the newly revised feedback after the refund was issued

At first I thought that the parcel was not going to arrive on time because parcel tracking showed that it wasn't picked up for a few days. But then tracking changed the night before the parcel was due to be delivered and it arrived first thing in the morning of the day it was meant to be delivered. So, Perfect experience.
